These Terms of Service govern your use of layern.in and any purchase made through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. LayerN is operated by NKP Innovations, registered at Plot No 4, Flat No A-513, ART Living Homes, East Gandhi Nagar, Medchal Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Telangana 500083, India. (GSTIN: 36BWMPP3013K1ZB).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products and Craftsmanship

All LayerN products are made to order. Product images are as accurate as photography allows, though color and texture may appear slightly different across screens. Because our pieces are individually 3D-printed using plant-based polymers, minor surface variations or layer lines are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Secure payments are processed through Razorpay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon the successful delivery of the order to your specified address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements for damaged goods are strictly governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an essential part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge our zero-waste, made-to-order model and our policy against "change of mind" returns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on layern.in, including product designs, 3D models, photographs, text, and brand elements, is exclusively owned by or licensed to LayerN and NKP Innovations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to:

  • Purchase products for commercial resale or wholesale without our express written permission.
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, LayerN and NKP Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it. Our total liability shall strictly not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
