Order Processing
Because we do not stockpile generic inventory, every LayerN piece is meticulously crafted and 3D-printed specifically for you. Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon ordering, followed by a tracking link the moment it leaves our studio.
Shipping & Timelines
We ship across India using premium courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC) to ensure your piece arrives safely. All orders ship 100% free with no hidden fees.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): Typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Remote and rural locations: May take up to 10 business days.
Packaging & Transit Damage
Every piece is shipped in a rigid protective box using sustainable honeycomb cushioning, and features a custom cork base to protect your home's surfaces. We pack our items to survive the journey—but if a courier manages to damage your piece during transit, we have your back. Simply follow the instructions in our Refund Policy to report the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will put a free replacement into production immediately.
Order Tracking
Once your piece is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use it to follow your shipment's journey in real time.
Delays
If there is an unexpected delay due to courier disruptions or severe weather, we will not leave you guessing. Our team will proactively contact you to keep you updated on your order's status.
International Shipping
Currently, LayerN pieces are exclusively available for shipping within India.
