The 4-Hour Cancellation Window

Cancellations are accepted strictly within 4 hours of placing your order, provided machine production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, email hello@layern.in immediately with the subject line: CANCELLATION — [Your Order Number].

After 4 Hours 

Because of our rapid next-day dispatch, we cannot cancel orders once the 4-hour window has passed or once machine production has started. However, if you miss the cancellation window, don't worry—you can simply utilize our 7-Day Free Return policy to send the item back once it arrives.

Refund on Cancellation 

If your cancellation request is received and processed within the 4-hour window, a full refund will be processed immediately. The funds will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders placed more than 4 hours ago.
• Orders where machine production has already begun or that have already been dispatched.
• Customized, personalized, or bulk event orders once confirmed.
