Cancellation Window

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, email hello@layern.in immediately with subject line: CANCELLATION — [Your Order Number].

After 12 Hours

Once production has begun or your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the product.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
