What are LayerN pieces made of?
Crafted from a specialized bioplastic mineral composite. By infusing real stone minerals into a plant-based bioplastic, we create a stunning, precision-printed matte finish. It delivers the visual depth and texture of marble, but remains incredibly lightweight and durable. Not fragile like ceramic, and entirely free of everyday synthetic plastics. A smarter, eco-conscious material for your space.
How is each piece made?
Every piece is made to order at our studio in Hyderabad. We make it when you order it — not before. This means nothing sits in a warehouse and every piece that reaches you was made specifically for your order. Each print is unique.
Are the pieces fragile?
Less than you'd expect. The stone-finish composite is robust and lightweight. We pack every order with honeycomb cushioning and a rigid box. If something arrives damaged, we replace it. No questions asked.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is precision-printed and dispatched the next business day. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–3 days for metro cities and 3–5 days for tier 2/3 cities.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders over ₹999. For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping rate of ₹149 applies.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our studio so you can follow its journey in real time.
Returns & Care
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but strictly within 4 hours of placing your order. Because we dispatch the very next day, we cannot cancel an order once machine production has begun. (If you miss this window, you can simply use our 7-day free return policy once the item arrives!)
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will replace it completely free of charge. Email us at hello@layern.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a continuous, unedited unboxing video. An unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process your free replacement.
Can I return a piece I don't like?
Yes! We want you to be completely happy with your space. If you change your mind or the piece isn't a perfect fit, we offer completely free returns within 7 days of delivery. You can easily initiate a return directly through your customer account on our website, or by emailing us at hello@layern.in.
