What are LayerN pieces made of?
A plant-based mineral composite with a matte stone finish — real minerals infused in a plant-based polymer, printed on a Bambu Lab P2S printer. Lightweight, precise, and durable. It carries the texture of marble without the weight or fragility. Not ceramic. Not plastic as you know it. Something better suited to modern homes
How is each piece made?
Every piece is made to order at our studio in Hyderabad. We make it when you order it — not before. This means nothing sits in a warehouse and every piece that reaches you was made specifically for your order. Each print is unique.
Are the pieces fragile?
Less than you'd expect. The stone-finish composite is robust and lightweight. We pack every order with honeycomb cushioning and a rigid box. If something arrives damaged, we replace it. No questions asked.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Printing and dispatch take 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–3 days for metro cities and 3–5 days for tier 2/3 cities.
Do you charge for shipping?
No, we offer free shipping across India on all orders with no minimum purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.
Returns & Care
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel it once machine printing has already begun.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will replace it completely free of charge. Email us at hello@layern.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a mandatory unboxing video. Because photos can easily be edited, an unedited unboxing video is strictly required to get a free replacement.
Can I return a piece I don't like?
No. Every item is made to order specifically for you to maintain a zero-waste model. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Returns are only allowed if you receive the incorrect item.
