Every LayerN piece is inspected before it leaves our studio. If something is not right when it arrives, we will make it right.

7-Day Free Returns

Every LayerN piece is printed specifically for you, but we want you to be completely happy with your space. If you change your mind or the piece isn't a perfect fit, we offer completely free returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to initiate a return: You can easily submit a return request directly on our website. Simply log in to your customer account, select your order, and click "Request Return." Alternatively, you can email us at hello@layern.in within 7 days of receiving your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We meticulously pack every piece to survive the journey. However, if a courier mishandles your order or a defect slips past our quality check, we will replace it completely free of charge.

  • Contact us at hello@layern.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a continuous, unedited unboxing video. An unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process a replacement.

  • Once verified, we will instantly put a brand-new replacement into production at zero cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or if a refund is exceptionally approved for a damaged order, we will process it immediately. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling or drops.

  • Orders reported as damaged in transit without a continuous unboxing video.

  • Customized, personalized, or bulk event orders.

  • Orders cancelled after machine production has already begun (cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of placing the initial order).

Exchanges

Because we do not stockpile inventory on warehouse shelves, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Every piece requires dedicated machine time to create specifically for you. The fastest way to get a different design is to utilize our 7-Day Free Return policy and place a new order for the design you prefer.
